1. Actively engaging in cheerful interaction with guests, making sure they are pleased with their stay.
2. Reporting any guest complaints or comments to management immediately.
3. Operating the laundry processing equipment at a level of proficiency resulting in the acceptable level of cleanliness and supply of linen.
4. Folding all linen as drying is completed.
5. Performing other tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor, (i.e. vacuuming corridors, cleaning public or employee restrooms, cleaning out the meeting room, stripping of rooms for housekeeping, and training of other employees).
6. Maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and public space.
7. Stocking the Housekeeping closets with fresh linens.
8. Notifying Housekeeping Supervisor when supplies are running low.
9. Replenishing all food and beverage items at least every 30 minutes during breakfast bar operation.
10. Keeping inventory of breakfast bar supplies.
11. Rotating stock and putting dates on each product when items are received.
12. Cleaning pantry and breakfast bar areas on a daily basis, which includes wiping down counters, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machines and juice machine.
13. Performing all other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or the General Manager.
